She takes time to note special features on the property that other companies won’t do. She will also provide you with a plot plan to provide perspective of the house on the site. Using Sylvia’s floor plan service on every listing sets us apart in the market place and provides us with a valuable “take away tool” to give to buyers after a showing. I used her for my own personal home that I purchased about a year ago and having a set of plans has been invaluable when coordinating with designers, contractors, and other vendors because I can give them the sketch via email or in person.
